It's many people's favorite holiday of the year - Halloween! And while Halloween movies can be scary, Disney+ has some the whole family can enjoy.

With Halloween right around the corner, it'snever to early to start planning what to watch to get into the Halloween spirit. While most people associate Halloween with horror movies, gore, and scary costumes, not all Halloween films are made the same. In fact, there are several Halloween films out there that the whole family can enjoy together. And a great deal of them just so happen to be on Disney's new streaming service Disney+.

From Disney Channel Original Films set around Halloween andTim Burton classics to even a Pixar film that educates its viewers on another important October Holiday, there is something for everyone to watch.

This Disney Channel classic can put anyone in the Halloween spirit. Halloweentown follows Marnie Piper and her two siblings, as they discover that their grandmother and mother are secretly witches. After learning their family secret, Marnie and her siblings follow their grandmother home to Halloweentown, where they plan on having her train them to be witches.

Halloweentown was so successful for Disney Channel that three sequels were created -- though the third one recast the role of Marnie Piper, much to the dismay of fans.

Inspired by the Walt Disney Parks' theme part attraction of the same name, The Haunted Mansion was released in 2003, where it went on to earn $182.3 million at the global box office. The film starred Eddie Murphy as Jim Evers, a father and successful realtor who is approached to sell a mansion. When Jim and his family arrive at the mansion, they quickly learn that the place is haunted. Jim then embarks on the difficult task of helping the mansion's servants break the curse.

In addition to being a great Halloweentime film for the whole family, The Haunted Mansion is also a fun movie to watch since the art team hid five Mickey Mouse designs in the background of the film.

Hocus Pocus is arguablyone of the Walt Disney Company's best and most beloved Halloween-time films. The film stars Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimu as the Sanderson Sisters, three witches who are accidentally resurrected on Halloween night and begin to wreak havoc on the town of Salem, Massachusetts.

Though the film is a fan favorite today, it was considered a commercial failure at its time of release. Over the years, though, it has built a steady fanbase, so much so that Disney+ has a sequel in development.

Don't Look Under the Bedwas a 1999 Disney Channel Original Movie that released just in time for the Halloween season. The film follows a young teenager who doesn'tbelieve in the supernatural, despite discoveringa bogeyman who lives under her bed. Soon after this discovery, her town becomes the victim of a string of pranks that she gets blamed for.

Don't Look Under the Bedwas Disney Channel's eleventh DCOM and their final horror-themed film or show for several decades.

While Tia and Tamera Mowry were already household names thanks to their successful sitcom,Sister, Sister,they became Disney Channel stars when they appeared in the 2005 Disney Channel original film,Twitches.

Inspired by a book series, the film follows two twin magical sisters who are reunited on their 21st birthday in order to save their kingdom. Upon its release,Twitcheswas the number one program on cable television. It was such a hit that a sequel was produced in 2007 with the original cast.

While there are tons of arguments about whether or notThe Nightmare Before Christmasis a Halloween film or a Christmas film, there's no denying that the Pumpkin King deserves to be on this list.

This Tim Burton stop-motion animated film follows Jack Skellington, the King of "Halloween Town," who becomes tired of the same routine. While wandering around, Jack discovers a portal to "Christmas Town," where he quickly becomes infatuated with this new holiday and its offerings.The Nightmare Before Christmaswas a huge success for the Disney company andcontinues to be a cult classic today.

A spin-off of the popular 90s franchiseAir Budand a sequel to theAir Buddiesfranchise,Spooky Buddiesfollows Buddy's rambunctious puppies and their new friends as they attempt to save the world from the evil Warwick the Warlock.

Spooky Buddiesis the perfect film to watch with the family for Halloween because it manages to toe the line between scary and adorably cute.

Frankenweenieis another Tim Burton Halloween classic stop-motion-animated film. The film follows a young Victor Frankenstein, whose best friend is his dog, Sparky. When Sparky dies, Victor is devastated, but he quickly decides he can bring Sparky back to life. Things get out of hand when Victor's classmates begin to resurrect their own dead pets after stealing Victor's experiment.

The filmwas a huge commercial and critical success for Disney. It was also the first-ever black-and-white full-length film and first stop-motion film to be released in IMAX 3D.

WhileMom's Got a Date with a Vampiresounds like it would be a scary film, its actually a heartfelt fantasy film. The Disney Channel original film premiered in 2000 andcentered around the Hansen family.

The Hansen children are initially excited that their mom has started dating again because it means they can sneak out of their house after being grounded. However, things get complicated when they begin to suspect that something isn't quite right about their mom's new boyfriend.

Disney and Pixar'sCocois not about a Halloween film in the traditional sense in that it doesn't take place or focus on Halloween. Instead, the film centers on the Mexican holiday Da de Muertos, which happensaround the same time of year.Cocois the perfect family-friendly film to watch this Halloween season because it does focus on the undead, and nothing is more Halloween than that.

Cococenters on Miguel, a young boy who dreams of being a musician, despite his family's wishes. After a series of unfortunate events, Miguel ends up in the Land of the Dead, where he discovers the truth about his family's past.
