Over the years Buffy had plenty of fights against vampires, demons, and sometimes even her own friends. While she never backed out from a fight she was always smart about it. Her style and tactical moves changed over the years and she became the most powerful and successful Slayer.

Buffy met Sunday and her gang during freshman year in UC Sunnydale. While normally Buffy would've dusted the mean vampires due to her weakened mental state she got herself injured and was barely able to get away alive.

Buffy had a hard time fitting in and finding her place during her first college year. However, even during her darkest times, she found ways to care for and protect others. After one of her schoolmates mysteriously dropped out of school she started following her hunch and soon found out that there are hundreds of kids suddenlydropping out ofthe university from one day to another.

Soon she discovered Sunday and her team of vampires who were killing off students and simply making it look as if they decided to leave school. After Buffy got her butt kicked she eventually found her strength and confidence again and easilyturned Sunday into a pile of dust.

The Hush episode was Buffy The Vampire Slayer's creepiest episode. One morning Sunnydale residents woke up and soon realized that everyone in town lost their voice.

No one knew what happened including the Scooby Gang. The government decided to shut down the whole town because they suspected that there was an unknown virus at play. The Scooby Gang had to find a way to communicate then defeat their weirdest enemy.

Buffy followed The Gentlemen into a house where she bumped into Riley. Together they were able to destroy the box where The Gentlemen hideveryone's voice and Buffycoulddestroy them with her scream.

After Xander left Anya at the altar she was heartbroken and furious. She decided to turn back into a vengeance demon and went on a killing spree.

Soon Buffy and the Scooby Gang figured out that Anya is responsible for the deaths and realized their only option is to kill her. Xander decided to come back and tried to stop Anya before Buffy could get to her but he was too late.

While Buffy and Anya's fight was short it showed just how powerful vengeance demons are. Their fight was interruptedD'Hoffryn who originally transformed Anyanka into a demon.

During season three Buffy had a hard time dealing with Angel's death especially since she had to kill him and send him to hell.

She ran away and moved to Los Angeles where she lived as a waitress and used her middle name, Anne. While she did everything in her power to escape who she was, Buffy bumped intoChanterelle. Buffy first met the girl whenChanterelle wanted to become a vampire and was barely able to save her from being slaughtered by Spike and his gang.

First,Buffy denied who she was and didn't want to helpChanterelle find her missing boyfriend but eventually she decided to help. Soon she found herself in another dimension's hell where people were used as slaves. Buffy finally realized that she could never escape who she was and what her responsibilities were. What followed was one of the most epic fight scenes of the entire series.

Buffy and Spike had many fights over the years but their most memorable one was during daylightin the episode when Spike acquired the Gem of Amara.

It was the first time when he could have stood a chance against the Slayer but because of his overconfidence and Buffy's wits, the fight was short.

Buffy quickly realized she only had to get the ring since that's what kept Spike invulnerable soshe cut off his finger and took the ring. While this fight wasn't the most action-filled in the series it was the funniest.

Season seven introduced a new race of vampires to Buffy fans, the Turok-Han or Ubervamp as the Scooby Gang called them. They were an ancient breed of vampires who looked scarier, were stronger, and were mindless killing machines.

A lot was at stake since Buffy had to prove to the potential slayers that there was worth fighting and they had a chance at winning. The fight was brutal and while the Ubervamp beat up Buffy badly she managed to choke it with a wire.

This fight was memorable and an important win since it motivated and gave hope not just to the potential slayers but to Buffy as well.

Glory was another dimension's hell goddess whowas banished to Earth in a human form and decided to visit Sunnydale in search of the Key (aka Dawn).

The Key was her only way to return to her dimension. While her human body made her weaker she was still one of the strongest Buffyversevillains the Scooby Gang has ever had to fight against.

Glory seemed undefeatable even to Buffy. While Willow found a way to temporarily stop her even she wasn't able to cause any harm to Glory. Thankfully, Giles smothered Ben when he died so did Glory.

Buffy's saddest and most memorable fight was between her and Angelus aka Angel. During season two Angel lost his soul and turned back into Angelus again. He swore he wouldn't rest until he takes revenge on Buffy for making him feel human again.

While the injured Willow took everything in her power to restore Angel's soul it looked like they're running out of time. It was an interesting fightand most fans were excited to see if Buffy could defeat the powerful vampire. For a while, it looked like Angelus was going towin but when Buffy finally realized she had no time left she easily defeated him.

Unfortunately, Angel's soul was restored just before he was sucked into the hell dimension.

Buffy and Faith started out their relationship as friends and together they provided some of the most hilarious moments in the series.

However, Faith could never truly trust Buffy or any of the Scooby Gang members and felt that they want her to be someone she's not. Faith turned evil and soon became the most dangerous villain Buffy ever had to face. Their fight was difficult for Buffy not only because Faith was a powerful and trained Slayer just like herself, but because she still considered Faith her friend.

Buffy ended up stabbing Faith who jumped off the roof and landed on a moving truck that drove off with her unconscious body. This fight and the fact that Buffy thought for a long while that she killed Faith left a mark on her.

Willow and Buffy's fight was short yet it changed everything forever. After Tara's sudden death Willow lost all control and turned into 'Evil Willow'.

The rest of the Scooby Gang members tried to reason with her pointlessly.Willow became so powerful that not even Buffy was able to injure her.

Willow's transformation and their fight proved to fans that Buffy was no longer the strongest member of the Scooby Gang.
