The Walking Dead virus origins potentially revealed in World Beyond – ClutchPoints

Ever since the universe began, people wanted to know more about The Walking Dead virus origins. While hints have been provided here and there, World Beyond may have actually just spilled the tea.

Before we get going, lets point out how each The Walking Dead spinoff, while allegedly connected to the same universe, sometimes takes purposed shots at world-building-lore, only for viewers to later find out that the characters who revealed some information were just ill-informed.

Also, you know, the idea that a show like World Beyond, which is targeted at a demo way different than the ones watching The Walking Dead and Fear The Walking Dead, is going to connect together insanely important universe-changing information is a bit insane. Whether it be Rick Grimes and his whereabouts before his movies are released, or information about secret organization thats been a huge mystery in the first two shows, its relatively hilarious creators are forcing those who want to know more about any of that to sit through a show thats purposely not made for them.

That said, me complaining about World Beyond (its not good, friends!) is another column for another time. Rather, were here to discuss something much more important unfortunately.

Lets go make some poor choices!

On World Beyond episode seven, the character Huck through flashbacks because lord knows Scott Gimple loves them discusses stuff coming from the sky. In a rather hilarious way, its basically space spores, which is what The Walking Dead creator, Robert Kirkman, jokingly said in a tweet a little while back before having to tell people he as actually joking,

Heres the thing, and maybe this is just me since I think World Beyond is pretty awful and basically a CW-styled ripoff done poorly, its hard to believe anyone with creative control over all The Walking Dead universe would allow for such a major thing to be revealed on a limited series the two other shows demographic likely cares not for (this is conjecture, to be clear).

In what can just be a slight nod and tip of the hat, the alleged reveal by Huck can simply be an inside joke to those who follow Kirkman on the mean streets of Twitter while also providing some tomfoolery to the mystery. Basically, the look at this thing this person says deal, then later proving it to have no real basis in the universes reality.

Thats a lot of conjecture by me, but thats why TV shows like The Walking Dead and, ugh, even World Beyond are fun. Dopes like me get to theorize about stuff happening in that world.

Before I go, lets set the record straight: The Walking Dead is mostly good (again), but Fear The Walking Dead is the best show in all of the universe and World Beyond should be cancelled immediately and hurled into the ocean. What a bunch of awful characters who make horrible decisions without ever facing the consequences for said dumb mistakes. Silas is pretty dope, though.
