However, there are plenty of celebs who have been relevant 20 years ago and they still manage to maintain the same level of success and todays list is all about those. Yes, turning 50 is a huge milestone in ones life and the celebs on today's list will reach it in 2021.

Kicking the list off is actress and reality television star Denise Richards who is turning 50 on February 17, 2021. The star who is the most recently known for being a cast member of the popular reality television show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has definitely had an impressive career and she starred in plenty of blockbusters such as Starship Troopers, The World Is Not Enough, and Scary Movie 3.

Next on the list is Hollywood star Mark Wahlberg who rose to fame under his former stage name Marky Mark as a member of the hip-hop group Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. The actor and former rapper is turning 50 on June 5, 2021, and while his future may not hold too much rapping there will definitely be plenty of acting!

Lets move on to a celebrity who is not an actor or a musician business mogul and CEO of Tesla, Inc. Elon Musk. The star who welcomed his seventh child and the first one with Canadian musician Grimes last year will turn 50 on June 28, 2021.

Currently, Elon s the second richest man in the world after internet entrepreneur Jeff Bezos but who knows what the future holds for him!

Another actress that found her way onto our list is Hollywood star Sandra Oh. On July 20, 2021, Sandra will turn 50, and looking back there is no doubt that the actress had an incredible career all throughout her 20s, 30s, and 40s. Sandra is perhaps best known for her roles as Cristina Yang on the medical drama show Grey's Anatomy as well as Eve Polastri in the spy thriller show Killing Eve.

Speaking of super famous and successful actresses another one that is turning 50 this year is Amy Poehler. The actress, writer, and comedian who is non-also known for her iconic friendship with fellow Hollywood star Tina Fey will turn 50 on September 16, 2021, and hopefully, the new decade brings her plenty of success and gives us plenty of fun movies to see her in!

Lets move to yet another very successful actress who is turning 50 this year Jada Pinkett Smith. Besides being known for starring in movies such as The Nutty Professor, The Matrix Reloaded, and Bad Moms lately Jada has also been known for her web talk show Red Table Talk which she hosts alongside her daughter Willow Smith and her mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones. Jada will turn 50 on September 18, 2021.

Marky Mark certainly isnt the only rapper that found his way onto our list as Snoop Dogg is actually turning 50 this year as well on October 20, 2021.

The famous rapper has been a part of the music industry since the '90s and 2021 is supposed to be a big year for him not only because he is turning 50 but also because his 18th studio album Take It From a G will hopefully be released.

Another actress that is turning 50 this year is Hollywood star Winona Ryder. Winona who will celebrate her big birthday on October 29, 2021 may be best known to a younger audience as Joyce Byers on Netflix's sci-fi show Stranger Things, however, Winona has been a successful actress since the 80s and she starred in plenty of famous movies such as Edward Scissorhands, Girl, Interrupted, and Black Swan.

Actress Christina Applegate has also made it onto todays list as the star is turning 50 this year. Christina rose to fame is Kelly Bundy on the sitcom Married... with Children and she is turning 50 on November 25, 2021. Wrapping the list up is actor and musician Jared Leto who had his breakthrough on the television show My So-Called Life in the 90s. Besides starring in successful and critically acclaimed movies such as Fight Club, Girl, Interrupted, American Psycho,The Thin Red Line, and Dallas Buyers Club, Jared is also the lead vocalist of the rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars. On December 26, 2021, Jared Leto will turn 50 even though he will surely continue looking like he's in his 30s.
