The following cases have been heard at magistrates courts in Lincolnshire:

Robert Bruce Gosney, 34, of 79 Chauntry Road, Alford, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. He was fined 470, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of 47 and costs of 85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Cristian Grigorescu, 27, of 12 Jacksons Farm Caravan Site, Washway Road, Holbeach, Spalding, case proven for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined 660, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of 66 and costs of 85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Sandra Hildred, 59, of 5 Turpin Close, Gainsborough, case proven for driving in excess of 50mph on the A631. She was fined 220, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of 22 and costs of 85. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

Christopher Lee Hodgson, 32, of 15 Glentworth Crescent, Skegness, case proven for having a registration plate fixed to a vehicle which was obscured and driving without an MoT certificate. He was fined 220, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of 22 and costs of 85.

Callum Madigan, 20, of 110 Fleet Road, Fleet, Spalding, case proven for driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone. He was fined 220, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of 22 and costs of 85. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Aaron McLoughlin, 31, of 1 Holly Court, Swineshead, Boston, case proven for driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone. He was fined 220, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of 22 and costs of 85. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Miroslaw Zalewski, 60, of 8 Archers Lane, Algarkirk, Boston, case proven for driving in excess of 30mph on the A52. He was fined 440, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of 44 and costs of 85. His licence was endorsed with four points.

Daniel John Ross, 27, of 60 Evison Way, North Somercotes, case proven for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined 660, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of 66 and costs of 85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Agnieszka Sadowska, 36, of 20 Daisy Dale, Boston, case proven for driving while not wearing an adult seatbelt. She was fined 220, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of 22 and costs of 85.

Tajinder Singh, 49, of The Royal Hotel, Drummond Road, Skegness, pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 30mph on the A158. He was fined 200, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of 20 and costs of 85. His licence was endorsed with four points.

Gordon Wooldridge, 55, of 22 Silver Street, Ruskington, Sleaford, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with various changes.

Kieran Edghill, 19, of 18 Cydonia Approach, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to damaging a four poster bed to the value of 200. He was ordered to pay compensation of 200 and costs of 85.

Patrick Steven Carter, 36, of 36 Tamar Court, Grantham, pleaded guilty to having a sheathed dagger in a public place and having a combined lock knife knuckle duster in a public place. He was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of 115 and costs of 100. The dagger and combined lock knife knuckle duster were forfeited and destroyed.

Kenneth Boswell, 38, of 20 Burton Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty to theft of a joint of beef to the value of 17.92 belonging to Marks and Spencer. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of 20.

Graham Lee Slater, 35, of Room 3, 9 Commercial Road, Grantham, pleaded guilty to theft of a bottle of perfume to the value of 49.99 belonging to TK Maxx. He was committed to prison for eight weeks, ordered to pay compensation of 49.99 and a surcharge to fund victim services of 115.

Guntis Tilibs-Etikis, 43, of 12 Wheeldon Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty to assault by beating and failing to surrender to custody. He was fined 40, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of 30 and costs of 45.

Leanne Askew, 28, of 15 Arnold Avenue, Grantham, pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 30mph on the B1174. She was fined 41, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of 30 and costs of 85. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

Timothy Borman, 48, of 35 Maple Street, Lincoln, case proven for driving in excess of 30mph on Lincoln Road. He was fined 220, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of 30 and costs of 85. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Kieron James Brammer, 24, of 46 Townsend Way, Metheringham, Lincoln, case proven for driving without insurance. He was fined 660, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of 66 and costs of 85. His licence was endorsed with six points.
