Eleven people in court following drugs raids – Liverpool Echo – Liverpool Echo

Eleven people have been charged after police carried out raids as part of a bid to stop drugs from Liverpool flooding Cheshire.

The 10 men and one woman are all facing charges relating to the supply of Class A drugs.

All eleven have been remanded in custody and are due to appear before Warrington Magistrates Court today .

Two other women, aged 31 and 32 from Liverpool, arrested as part of Operation Impact have been released on police bail and are both set to report back to Cheshire Police at a later date.

They were all arrested yesterday as part of a series of dawn raids targeting organised crime and illegal drugs.

Operation Impact involved more than 100 officers from Cheshire Police and was also supported by officers from TITAN, the West Regional Organised Crime Unit.

Warrants and searches were carried out at eleven properties in total, the majority in Liverpool but also one in St Helens and one in Hampshire.

Those facing charges and appearing at Warrington magistrates court are:

*Christopher Lee Campbell, 31, Arkles Lane, Anfield, conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.

*Gary Jones, 34, East Quay, Wapping Dock, Liverpool, conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.

*Thomas Alan Williams, 30, Saxonia Road,Walton, conspiracy to supply Class A drugs, conspiracy to supply Class B drugs, possession of a shotgun when prohibited for life.

*Andrew James OCallaghan, 37, Bedford Road, Walton, conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.

*Nathan Agatha, 27, October Drive, Tuebrook, conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.

*Sarah Haldon, 62, Priory Gardens, St Helens, conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.

*Jamie Michael Byrne, 36, Meade Road, Old Swan, conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.

*James Jeffries, 31, Baybridge Road, Havant, Hampshire, conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.

*Lee Soba, 43, no fixed address, conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.

*Ian McDonald, 30, no fixed address, conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.

*Liam Ashley Astle, 22, no fixed address, conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
