William Marx (alias), 80 Elm St., Mosheim, fined $100 and court costs, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 20 days in jail, with the balance on probation, ordered to pay restitution of $900, for domestic assault and vandalism.
Johnathan David Greene, 789 Painter Road, Chuckey, fined $500 and court costs, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to four days in jail, with the balance on probation, required to attend DUI school and license suspended for one year, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.
Jose Cahlen Reynoso, 4915 Lonesome Pine Trail, fined $800 and court costs, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 10 days in jail, with the balance on probation, for DUI, possession of schedule VI drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and domestic assault.
Belynda A. Luttrell, no address listed, fined $100 and court costs, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 10 days in jail, with the balance on probation, for failure to appear.
Katherine Page Starnes, 24 Airport Road, fined $1,100 and court costs, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 10 days in jail, with the balance on probation, ordered to pay restitution of $482.55, weapon forfeit, for fraudulent use of credit/debit card under $1,000, failure to appear, unlawful possession of a weapon, simple possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Billie R. Collins, 186 Silver Leaf Lane, Chuckey, fined $50 and court costs, sentenced to six months in jail, all time suspended, with the balance on probation, for driving without a license.
Kabrenia L. Shelton, 555 Mt. Hebron Road, fined $25 and court costs, for public intoxication.
Eddy Rily Wiles, 25 Fishpond Road, Chuckey, fined $150 and court costs, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 40 days in jail, with the balance on probation, for driving without a license and two counts of failure to appear.
Joseph D. Franklin, 1371 Poor Valley Road, Rogersville, fined $200 and court costs, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to four days in jail, with the balance on probation, for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.
Aaron J. Gillis, 2117 Glenburn Road, Kingsport, fined $25 and court costs, for public intoxication.
Wilma Tweed, 118 Pelican Lane, fined $25 and court costs, must complete 10 hours community work service, for leaving the scene of an accident.
Kevin D. Sweeney, 3250 Masonwood Drive, Nashville, fined $25 and court costs, for driving without a license.
Kenny Eugene Harmon, 2100 Florida Ave., W. Palm Beach, Florida, forfeited a cash bond of $280, for public intoxication.
Baylie S. Foster, 76 Pinewood Circle, forfeited a cash bond for public intoxication.
Brooklyn Lacey Bowers, 60 Pine Ridge Drive, Afton, sentenced to 45 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.
Amanda Marie Gilliam, 846 Twin Barnes Road, sentenced to 30 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.
Jose Cahlen Reynoso, 6945 Warrensburg Road, Mosheim, sentenced to 30 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.
Christopher Lee Michaels, 9 Hal Henard Road, sentenced to 15 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.
Katherine Page Starnes, no address listed, sentenced to 10 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.
James Ryan Price, 419 W. Irish St., sentenced to five days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.
Chelsea Brook Gray, 5300 Old Baileyton Road, sentenced to 30 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.
Aaron Jackson Gillis, 2117 Glen Burn Road, Kingsport, sentenced to 10 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.
Charges were dismissed for Jonathan Martin, 4990 Gap Mountain Road, for failure to appear.
The state declined to prosecute the following:
James Mathes, 220 Saville Loop, Mohawk, for driving on revoked/suspended license;
William Marx (alias), 80 Elm St., Mosheim, for felony domestic vandalism;
Joe Goode, no address listed, for assault;
Cole Baxley, no address listed, for assault;
Marion T. Hinkle, 53 Lakeshore Park, for speeding (radar).
A judicial diversion was granted for the following:
Hani Moussa, 25 Hillside Ave., Conway, New Hampshire, for simple possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael Lee Ford, 2035 Manning St., Alexandria, Virginia, for simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance.
