Statesboro Police Department Shanayah Ciyhana Dinkins, 27, Lee Street battery (family violence), third-degree cruelty to children. Lothania Elizabeth Roberts, 28, Lanier Drive theft by conversion. Christopher Lee Stockton, 32, Harris Lane, Jefferson parole violation.

Georgia Southern University Police James Tyler Stokes Ford, 19, Knight Drive possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Georgia State Patrol Post 45 Almarita Donaldson, 76, Bobby Donaldson Avenue DUI/less safe, failure to maintain lane. Joseph Carl Lankford, 34, West 7th Street, Swansea, S.C. speeding, suspended license. Charita Arnetha Norman, 36, NW 72nd Terrace, Miami, Fla. DUI/less safe, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, speeding, suspended license.

INCIDENTS Bulloch County Sheriffs Office BULLOCH COUNTY CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTE Bulloch County sheriffs K9 Max alerted to a cabinet that held some suspected marijuana wrapped in a piece of paper. The warden seized the contraband, and charges may be issued. HIGHWAY 24/SOUTHERN CAKES BAKERY A vehicle sideswiped the business. DIXON CONNECTOR A man said he has been followed by several vehicles, and unknown persons have been coming to his home. He said he is in the middle of a divorce and feels the incidents may be related. HAGAN LANE Three brothers argued over care of a horse one man was having trained by a woman. One brother was concerned about the horses care and its possible escape. One man accused the other of striking him, while one man said one of his brothers threatened to shoot him. COTTONWOOD TRAIL A neighbors dog escaped confines and bit a man. Humane Enforcement responded and investigated.

Statesboro Police Department EAST OLLIFF STREET A woman said a man threatened to shoot up her apartment.

Georgia Southern University Police Reports unavailable Tuesday. Georgia State Patrol Post 45 Last week troopers investigated 18 crashes with one reported fatality and nine injuries. Troopers also arrested five for DUI and issued 35 citations and seven warnings for seat belt violations, one child restraint citation, and 21 citations and 26 warnings for speeding.
