Lee County Sheriffs Office

First-degree and fourth-degree theft of property were reported Friday in the 2000 block of Lee Road 201 in Salem.

Auburn Police Division

Criminal mischief-damage to private property was reported Sunday in the 600 block of West Glenn Avenue.

Aggravated assault-menacing with a gun was reported Sunday in the 500 block of Perry Street.

A 58-year-old, of Montgomery, was arrested Friday and charged with second-degree possession of marijuana and driving under the influence of alcohol.

A 20-year-old, of Auburn, was arrested Saturday and charged with first- and second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Logan Pitts, 21, of Valley, was arrested Saturday and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

A 19-year-old, of Tallassee, was arrested Sunday and charged with second-degree possession of marijuana.

A 20-year-old, of Auburn, was arrested Sunday and charged with illegal possession of prescription drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree bail jumping.

A 24-year-old, of Auburn, was arrested Sunday and charged with second-degree possession of marijuana and driving under the influence of alcohol.

A 17-year-old, of Auburn, was arrested Sunday and charged with second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Opelika Police Department

A breaking and entering a vehicle and a third-degree theft of property occurred between Wednesday and Friday at Auto Save, 3606 Pepperell Parkway.

A breaking and entering a vehicle and second-degree theft of property occurred between Thursday and Friday at Motel 6, 1107 Columbus Parkway.

A third-degree theft of property occurred Friday at Home Depot, 2190 Tiger Town Parkway. Richard D. Swafford, 22, of Riverdale, Georgia, was arrested and charged with the theft.

A first-degree theft of property occurred on Saturday at Walmart, 2900 Pepperell Parkway.

A fraudulent use of a credit/debit card occurred on Sunday at Red Carpet Inn, 1015 Columbus Parkway.

A second-degree theft of property occurred on Sunday in the 200 block of Chester Avenue.

Chambers County Sheriffs Office

Dimitri Lavon Henry, 25, of Lanett, was arrested between Friday and Sunday and charged with unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.

Christopher Lee Watkins, 24, of Lanett, was arrested between Friday and Sunday and charged with driving under the influence.

Leonard Lee Wood, 48, of Camp Hill, was arrested between Friday and Sunday and charged with second-degree theft of property.

Roshunda Lacha Timmons, 35, of Mobile, was arrested between Friday and Sunday and charged with second-degree possession of marijuana.

Alvin Augustus Hall, 42, of Atlanta, was arrested between Friday and Sunday and charged with second degree possession of marijuana.
