Kane Hodder Teases That He’s Working On "Another Horror Franchise" Video Game – Bloody Disgusting

One of the coolest things about Friday the 13th: The Game is that it allowed Kane Hodder to reprise the role of Jason Voorhees, the actor doing the motion-capture for the various versions of Jason that were playable in the game. And it looks like Hodder enjoyed the experience, because hes currently working on a brand new (and quite mysterious) horror game!

Brought to our attention by Slash N Cast, Hodder recently revealed in a Cameo video filmed for a fan that one of his next projects is indeed another horror video game.

Hodder teased in the video (watch it below), Im currently doing a new video game, another horror franchise, that I cant talk about yet. But youll see it eventually.

Slash N Cast speculates that Hodder may be referring to a new game in the works from Gun Media (Friday the 13th: The Game), and they also speculate that the game hes referring to is, like Friday the 13th, an adaptation of an existing horror movie franchise. Based on Hodders comments, that second bit of speculation would certainly seem to hold some water.

Granted, Hodder could be referring to the fact that this mysterious game is part of an existing gaming franchise rather than a video game adaptation of another horror movie franchise, but its hard to tell right now. At this moment in time, hes not giving us much to go on.
