September 2, 2011 will see the release of "Shark Night 3D" and that alone is a discouraging commentary on the current state of the horror movie industry. As someone who has followed the history of the horror movie industry, I find that there is one bright spot that I can forecast using this movie that might give some hope to horror movie fans.
