Blood soaked vampire series: Strike the Blood- Season 4 – Andover Leader

Strike the blood is an action-packed Japanese Animated teleseries that is based on a light novel of the same name. The novel has been written by Gakuto Mikumo and illustrated by Manyako.The story is full of twisting plots and jaw-dropping thrillers. Ever since the series has been aired, the viewers have not been able to digest their inquisitiveness about whats going to happen next. The viewership has been always on the rise owing to its unique storyline and out of box action scenes with incomparable graphics.

The first season of Strike the Blood was aired from 4th October 2013 to 28th March 2014 in Japan. The whole storyline of the series revolves around a young guy named Kojo Akatsuki. As per the story, he will be the most powerful vampire and will become the Fourth Progenitor, the most influential of all Progenitors.He has the potential to make a huge imbalance between the three ruling Progenitors. The story starts at Itogami Island, a man-made island in the south of Japan, now a vampire sanctuary.

Flash Back:

Kojo was initially an ordinary school going kid before becoming a ferocious vampire, who is afraid to use his powers in public places. Due to being a suspect of the Fourth Progenitor, he has been attacked several times. He becomes friend with Yukina Himeragi, a neophyte Sword Shaman.

Current times:

The first 2 episodes of Strike the Blood season 4 has already been aired on 8th April 2020. The whole season was supposed to continue till June 2021 but, owing to nationwide lockdown in Japan it has got delayed. As per the leaks, the number of episodes in season 4 will be more than its previous version, meaning more space to create deeper suspense in the upcoming story.

In the fourth season Yoshimasa Hosoya makes a come-back as Kojo Akatsuki again. Risa Taneda will be voicing Yukina Himeragi, while Asami Seto will be voicing Asagi Aiba. Ikumi Hayama will voice Sayaka Kirasaka and Hisako Kanemoto will voice Natsuki, most of the cast is going to be same with some more additions and reductions as per the new plots in the storyline.Till now there is no official report on the release date of the 4th season, as due to the pandemic, everything has been kept cold till now.

Now it depends on when things get better. Meanwhile, owing to the current fatality rate of the situation, its crew members are taking all kinds of safety precautions. If we were to believe the speculations the next coming episodes can be aired anytime in July 2020 or maybe later. Also, it is believed that in upcoming episodes, the bond between Kojo and Yakima is all set to grow multiple times.To add to this, Kojo will investigate the gruesome attack that happened on The Kingdom of Sardinia in the 4th season.

Thus, the whole season is all set to be revolving around Kojo and Yakima again.
