When Rob Zombie first introduced Captain Spaulding (Sid Haig), Otis (Bill Moseley), Baby (Sheri Moon Zombie), Tiny (Matthew McGrory), Rufus (Robert Allen Mukes), Earl (Jake McKinnon), and Mother Firefly (Karen Black) in 2003, they became a staple of the subgenre of torture porn in the film genre.House Of 1000 Corpsesshowcases their absolute brutality and lack of remorse towards anyone, living or dead.
